This research work conducted a design and simulation of an ultra-low power all-optically tuned nonlinear ring resonator-based add-drop filter. The purpose this study is to investigate CMOS-compatible material system for optical filter with temperature resilience, polarization insensitivity, fast energy-efficient tunability. all-optical tunability was achieved using pump that photo-excites the high Kerr effect in device system. A three-dimensional multiphysics approach used, combining electromagnetics thermo-structural effects Hybrid graphene on ultra-rich silicon nitride enabled realization ultra-high tuning efficiency (0.275 nm/mW TE mode 0.253 TM mode) range 1.55 nm thermal stability 0.11 pm/K. contributed existing literature by proposing (1) integration layer low loss, index contrast, two-photon absorption-free core athermal cladding (2) use cross-section shape insensitive polarization. Moreover, mechanism on-chip integrable Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing systems less occupied L band.
